While the hotel provided a serene environment, I encountered minor hiccups. The spa services were quite rejuvenating after a long day, a must for anyone looking for tranquility. I also appreciated the work desk; it made it easy to catch up on emails when needed. I utilized the tour desk to explore the area, which had its ups and downs, but it was nice to have that option on-site. My experience was decent, with a few improvements needed in cleanliness and service. If you're looking for a laid-back atmosphere, Gran Libertador might just be what you need. Just manage your expectations!
